Skytrak 8042

I'm selling my 1996 Skytrak 8042 reach forklift / telehandler. It has an 8,000 lbs lifting capacity and 42' of reach. This is the perfect unit for someone that just has basic telehandler needs for this reach and capacity without a big budget where aesthetics aren't top priority. Honestly, considering the age, I think the overall condition and aesthetics are great in comparison to other units. It has just turned 9900 hours as pictured in the hour meter photo (taken 3/9/17). Every function operates exactly as it should, and a video is provided below to show how great it all runs. The tires have normal cuts and wear as shown, but they are foam filled so you should be able to just buy and operate as the unit has no immediate needs. It's also equipped with a hydraulic swing fork carriage. This model has the Cummins turbo diesel engine and has just been a great reliable unit. I just don't have a need for it anymore, and it's currently sitting at my father's business where I took these pictures (Cartersville, GA). He has an adjustable dock for loading so shipping the telehandler is no issue. If you don't have a means for shipping, I can get a quote to have the unit delivered to you. Obviously you will need to have an address with a loading dock to receive the truck. I can get you a very reasonable delivery cost based on distance if you don't have your own shipping contacts.
