classifieds board For sale is a 1980 TCM forklift, runs on propane, has a 4 cylinder Nissan that runs and operates flawlessly. Has 4ft long forks, 2 stage mast that goes up to 12 feet and all the way down measures 82 1/4 inches to the tallest point, has a cage for protection, automatic trans so no clutch, easy to use controls. Capable of lifting 5,000 pounds. We just went over this lift and replaced several parts including:New propane regulatorNew battery and cables/terminalsFresh paint and letteringValve cover gasketSeveral hoses, clamps, fittings and lines all throughout the liftNew brake master cylinderSpark plugs and wiresAll new fluids (hydraulic oil, oil, trans fluid, brake fluid) Did a radiator flush and replaced with new coolantFresh oil filter and air filterLubed the slides on the mast and greased every point on the liftOnly things we can find wrong or may need addressed is that the fork tilt forward/back cylinder is starting to leak so that may need rebuilt and it has a very light white smoke on start up for just a minute when its really cold (below 20). Always fires right up and lifted what we needed and these issues never stopped us from using it!This forklift is a great lift for the money and lifting capacity! We no longer have a use for it so we decided to sell it. Starting bid is $2,000, buy it now at $2,400. Pick up locally in Lima, Ohio we do not have a loading dock it will need to be driven onto a trailer or flatbed. Can help load at no extra cost.
