We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!!, Excellent Operating Condition and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine looking and fine operating TOYOTA Model 02-3FG35, 8000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Solid Pneumatic Tired Forklift, S/N 11677, manufactured new in 1993.  This unit is in excellent condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong in-line (6) Cylinder OHV Toyota LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 90" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 185".  The Freelift is 61".  The class III forks are 5" wide X 60" long and will spread to a width of 36" inside to inside of the forks (we can supply NEW longer or shorter forks for added cost if needed by the buyer).  This forklift operates absolutely great.  All four (4) solid pneumatic tires are Excellent Treaded Type at 95% all around.  The width of this unit is 58" and the overall length is 118" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 90" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approximately 13,070#.  This forklift came out of service about a week ago.  The company it came from (A Small Fab Shop) had this forklift maintained by their local Toyota dealer so it has had excellent maintenance since the previous owner purchased it new.  This forklift was serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong was repaired immediately with Genuine Toyota OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows 3070 total hours and we have verified that to be accurate.  Like I said, he really took good care of this forklift and used it very little.  This forklift has (2) Headlights, In- Operation Light, Back-Up Warning, Rearview Mirror, and Horn.
