We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Dual Solid Pneumatic Tired!!!, Excellent Operating Condition and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating TOYOTA Model 5FG45, 10000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Solid Pneumatic (6) Tired Forklift, S/N 20036, manufactured new in 1994.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong in-line (6) Cylinder OHV Toyota LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong two (2) speed, forward and reverse, standard transmission w/ Oil Clutch.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 87" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 169".  The Freelift is 52".  The class III forks are new 6" wide X 60" long and will spread to a width of 52" inside to inside of the forks (we can supply NEW longer or shorter forks for added cost if needed by the buyer).  This forklift operates absolutely great.  All six (6) solid pneumatic tires are Good Treaded Type at 55% all around.  The width of this unit is 73" and the overall length is 120" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 88" from the floor to the top of the overhead guard.  It weighs approximately 15,230#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (A Small Fab Shop) had this forklift maintained by their local Toyota dealer so it has had excellent maintenance since the previous owner purchased it in 2002.  This forklift was serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong was repaired immediately with Genuine Toyota OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows 3462 total hours but we can't verify if that is accurate.  Like I said, they really took good care of this forklift and used it very little.  This forklift has (2) Headlights, In- Operation Light, and Horn.
