We are selling these:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  "EXCELLENT OPERATING CONDITION" and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklifts.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio are these Fine Operating Toyota Model 7FGCU20, 4000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklifts, manufactured new from 2004 to 2006.  These units are in excellent operating condition throughout.  They are powered by a very strong Toyota Four (4) Cylinder Y4 OHV LPG Motor (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is two (2) stage, measuring 77" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 118".  The class II forks are 4" wide X 40" long and will spread to a width of 27" inside to inside of the forks. These forklifts operate great.  The tires run between 70% and 90% .  The width of this unit is 41" and the overall length is 88" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 80" from the floor to the top of the Overhead Guard.  They weigh approx. 7,260#.  These forklifts came out of service about a week ago.  The company they came from (a large warehouse company) has their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they have as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on these forklifts range between 20000 and 26000 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  These forklifts have a  Headlight, Rear Light, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
