We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  "EXCELLENT CONDITION" and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this Beautiful and Fine operating  Toyota Model 7FGCU25, 5000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 2006.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a very strong Toyota Four (4) Cylinder Y4 OHV LPG Motor (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 189".  The class II forks are 5" wide X 42" long and will spread to a width of 28" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates great.  The tires are 90% treaded type in front and 80% in the rear.  The width of this unit is 42" and the overall length is 96" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 8,500#.  This forklift came out of service about a week ago.  The company it came from (a large motor manufacturing company) has their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they have as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads only 11225 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has a  Headlight, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
