We are selling this:  Battery Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  "FINE OPERATING" and Completely Checked Out Mechanically Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Toyota Model 7FBEHU18, 3500# Capacity, 36V Electric Battery Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 2007.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a Very Good Battery that is good for 5 to 6 hours of continuous use.  The mast is Three (3) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 189".  The class II forks are 5" wide X 42" long and will spread to a width of 26" inside to inside of the forks (we have new longer forks if needed for extra cost).  The tires are good treaded type in front at 70% and good not treaded in the rear at 75%.  It is further equipped with Hydraulic Side Shift.  The width of this unit is 40" and the overall length is 78" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the Mast.  It weighs approx. 8,000#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 21739 Key On, 10681 Operating, and 2969 Lifting hours.
