We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!!, Excellent Condition and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating TOYOTA Model 8FGU30, 6000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Solid Pneumatic Tired Forklift, S/N 10644, manufactured new in 2008.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong and (4) Cylinder OHV Toyota Y4 LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 88" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 187".  The Freelift is 52".  The class III forks are 5" wide X 48" long and will spread to a width of 32" inside to inside of the forks (we can supply NEW longer or shorter forks for added cost if needed by the buyer).  This forklift operates absolutely great.  The solid pneumatic tires are Excellent Treaded Type at 90% all around.  The width of this unit is 48" and the overall length is 110" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 85" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approximately 9790#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (A Small Tool and Die Shop) had this forklift maintained by their local Toyota dealer so it has had excellent maintenance since new.  This forklift was serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong was repaired immediately with Genuine Toyota OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows 6654 total hours (we've had these forklifts with 40,000 hours and they were still running strong).  Like I said, they really took good care of this forklift and used it very little.  This forklift has (2) Headlights, (2) Rear Brake, Signal, and Back-Up Lights, In- Operation Light, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
