We are selling this:  Toyota 4 Cylinder In-Line OHV Just Rebuilt, LPG Powered!!!  Just Reconditioned, Cushion Tired!!!  Completely Checked Out Mechanically AND IN "EXCELLENT OPERATING CONDITION"!!! Forklift.  We just installed a Rebuilt Motor in this unit.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Toyota Model 8FGC45U, 10000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Cushion Tired Forklift w/ Side Shift and Fork Positioning, S/N 10143, manufactured new in 2015.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a Just Rebuilt Toyota (4) CYLINDER IN-LINE LPG MOTOR (a great engine) and a single speed foot pedal controlled forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 106" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 219".  The class III forks are 6" wide X 60" long and will spread to a width of 31" inside to inside of the forks.  It is equipped with HYDRAULIC SIDE SHIFT and FORK POSITIONING.  This forklift operates absolutely fine.  The tires are 70% Front and 80% Rear.  The width of this unit is 55" and the overall length is 108" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 106" from the floor to the top of the Mast.  It weighs approximately 16,330#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (A Small, Lumber Sales Company) lease their forklifts from a major forklift dealer so they've had excellent maintenance since new.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine  OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 14,226 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has (2) Headlights, Back Up Warning Buzzer, Back up Lights, Brake Lights, Horn, Two Rearview Mirrors and Tilt Steering Wheel.
