We Are Selling This 1981 Model:  Gasoline Powered!!!  Pneumatic Tired!!!  Completely Checked Out Mechanically Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this "Absolutely Excellent", Toyota Model 40-2FG7, 1,200# Capacity, Gasoline Powered, Pneumatic Tired Forklift, S/N 10075, manufactured new in 1981.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a Toyota 4 Cylinder OHV Gasoline Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed forward & reverse, standard transmission with dry clutch.  The mast is two (2) stage, measuring 78" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 118".  The class II forks are 3" wide X 42" long and will spread to a width of 26" inside to inside of the forks.  This is a great forklift.  The tires are pneumatic type in front at 80% and pneumatic in the rear at 80%!!  The width of this unit is only 36" and the overall length is 66" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 79" from the floor to the top of the ROPS.  It weighs 3,055#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a major hardware company) who used this forklift, due to it's light weight, on the second floor of their building with a wooden floor, has their forklifts maintained by a local equipment maintenance company.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Toyota OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 2823 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.
