We Are Selling This 1998 Model:  LPG Powered!!!  Pneumatic Tired!!!  Completely Checked Out Mechanically Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this "Absolutely Beautiful and Absolutely Excellent", Toyota Model 52-6FGU45, 10,000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Pneumatic Tired Forklift, S/N 8075, manufactured new in 1998.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a GM Vortec 4.3 V-Six (6) Cylinder LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong two speed forward & single speed reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is two (2) stage, measuring 93" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 120".  The class III forks are 6" wide X 6' long and will spread to a width of 32" inside to inside of the forks.  This is a great forklift.  The tires are new pneumatic type in front at 100% and pneumatic in the rear at 85%!!  The width of this unit is 57" and the overall length is 118" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 93" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 15,400#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a major lumber company) has their forklifts maintained by a local equipment maintenance company.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Toyota OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 8075 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.
