Just Purchased This Unit and Reconditioned it. 

We Are Selling This:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  Reconditioned and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Toyota Model 5FGCU20, 4000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, S/N 79607, manufactured new in 1995.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a very strong Toyota Four (4) Cylinder OHV, LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, see-through, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 186".  The class II forks are 5" wide X 39" long and will spread to a width of 26" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates really, really fine.  The tires are excellent at 95% in front and excellent in the rear at 80%.  The width of this unit is 42" and the overall length is 85" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 85" from the floor to the top of the ROPS.  It weighs approx. 7,700#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a major trucking company) has their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they have as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Toyota OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 11756 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.

If you are in need of a reasonably late forklift of this size, take a real good look here.  This is a great running forklift, great looking forklift, and it is a Toyota (the best forklift made).  This is an opportunity to pick up a real bargain in an LPG powered cushion tired forklift at a small portion of what these babies cost new.  This is a beautiful forklift that runs and operates as good as it looks.  Load rating is 4,000# @ 24" LC.
