Just Purchased This Unit and Reconditioned it. 

We Are Selling This:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  Reconditioned and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Toyota Model 5FGCU30, 6000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, S/N 14358, manufactured new in 1990.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a very strong Toyota Four (4) Cylinder OHV, LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, see-through, measuring 86" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 185".  The class III forks are 5" wide X 45" long and will spread to a width of 30" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates really, really fine.  The tires are excellent at 80% in front and excellent in the rear at 80%.  The width of this unit is 42" and the overall length is 90" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 86" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 10,500#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a major trucking company) has their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they have as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Toyota OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 14358 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.
