HMM shall have no other obligation or liability direct or indirect of any kind including liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages.  Machinery is used. We recommend a personal inspection of equipment. Items have not been tested. 

Shipping: Buyer is responsible for all shipping, import, and handling costs. All machines are local pick-up. HMM can load items into or onto buyer's truck at no additional cost. International shipments will require additional loading costs due over-seas container requirements, cost will be variable and based on size and weight of items. HMM can obtain quotations to ship from HMM’s warehouse to your plant, but buyer would pay shipper/trucker directly. Machinery is ex-works, we recommend using uship.com for quotations on partial and complete vans.

Before purchasing, please read all terms and conditions. Once a machine is paid for, shipment must occur within 30 days of payment.

Return Policy: No returns accepted. If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact HMM. Buyers are highly encouraged to inspect equipment prior to purchase. HMM recommends inspections be made at our Mattoon warehouse location, which is open M-F 7am-4pm. Please contact us via e-bay message to set up an appointment to see machines.

Item is sold once HMM receives payment in full. No items will be released for shipment until payment in full has cleared.

Before using machine, buyer is responsible for ensuring equipment meets all required local, OSHA, insurance, etc. safety standards.
