We Are Selling This 2011 Model:  Diesel Powered!!!  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!!  Just Reconditioned Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this "Absolutely Excellent", Toyota Model 7FDKU40, 9000# Capacity, Diesel Powered, Solid Pneumatic Tired Forklift, S/N 71146, manufactured new in 2011.  This unit has a "Just Completed" Rebuilt Diesel Engine and is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by the Rebuilt Toyota Diesel Motor (a great engine) and a strong two speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 90" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 187".  The class III forks are 5" wide X 59" long and will spread to a width of 26" inside to inside of the forks.  This is a great forklift.  The tires are Solid Pneumatic Type in front at 90% and Solid Pneumatic Type (No Tread) in the rear at 70%!!  The width of this unit is 54" and the overall length is 112" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 90" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 15,800#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a major building supply company) has their forklifts maintained by their local Toyota Dealer.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Toyota OEM parts.  The only reason the Diesel Engine had to be rebuilt was due to someone running this unit without an air cleaner.  We were told that person is no longer employed.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 3596 total hours.
