We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  Low Hour, Reconditioned and Completely Checked Out Mechanically Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Toyota Model 7FGCU35-BCS, 8000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 2007.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a very strong GM Vortec, V-6, (6) Cylinder OHV LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, full see-through, measuring 92" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 198".  The class III forks are 6" wide X 72" long and will spread to a width of 30" inside to inside of the forks.  This forklift operates perfectly.  The tires are excellent treaded type at 90%+.  The width of this unit is 50" and the overall length is 98" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 92" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 14,275#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a large rigging company) had their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they had as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Toyota OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 4,230 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has Hydraulic Side Shift, (2) Headlight, (1) Back up Light, Back up Warning Buzzer, Rearview Mirror, Back Mirror, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
