We are selling this:  Toyota 4 Cylinder In-Line OHV Turbocharged Diesel Powered!!!  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!!  Completely Checked Out Mechanically AND IN "EXCELLENT OPERATING CONDITION"!!! Forklift.  We just installed a Factory Rebuilt Transmission in this unit.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Toyota Model 8FD40U, 9000# Capacity, Turbocharged Diesel Powered, Solid Pneumatic Tired Forklift w/ Side Shift, S/N 10310, manufactured new in 2015.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Toyota (4) CYLINDER IN-LINE OHV TURBOCHARGED DIESEL MOTOR (a great engine) and a REBUILT two speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is two (2) stage, measuring 88" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 120".  The class III forks are 5" wide X 54" long and will spread to a width of 49" inside to inside of the forks.  It is equipped with SIDE SHIFT.  This forklift operates absolutely fine.  All the tires are SOLID PNEUMATIC with good tread.  The width of this unit is 67" and the overall length is 110" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 91" from the floor to the top of the overhead guard.  It weighs approximately 14,000#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (A Small, Lumber Sales Company) lease their forklifts from a major forklift dealer so they've had excellent maintenance since new.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine  OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 15,212 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has (2) Headlights, Back Up Warning Buzzer, Back up Lights, Brake Lights, Horn, Two Rearview Mirrors and Tilt Steering Wheel.
