We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  As Arrived and Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Toyota Model 8FGCU20, 4000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 2012.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Toyota Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG Motor (a tremendous engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is two (2) stage, full see-through, measuring 77" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 118".  The class II forks are 5" wide X 40" long (we have longer and shorter forks available if you need them...longer at extra cost) and will spread to a width of 28" inside to inside of the forks.  This forklift operates really, really good.  The tires are very good to excellent at 80%.  The width of this unit is 42" and the overall length is 82" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 81" from the floor to the top of the overhead guard.  It weighs approximately  7,400#.  This forklift came out of service about a week ago.  The company it came from (a major trucking company) has their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they have as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Toyota OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads only 22980 total hours.  Like I said, they really take great care of their forklifts.  These forklifts have (1) Headlight, Horn, 3 Way Valve, and Tilt Steering Wheel. 

If you are in need of a forklift of this size, take a real good look here.  This is a "not so pretty forklift", but a great running forklift, and it is a Toyota (the best forklift made).  This is an opportunity to pick up a real bargain in an LPG powered cushion tired forklift at a small portion of what these babies cost new.  This is not a beautiful forklift but it runs and operates great.  Load rating is 4,000# @ 24" LC.
