We Are Selling This 2008 Model:  LPG Powered!!!  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!!  Just Reconditioned Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this "Absolutely Excellent", Toyota Model 8FGU20, 4000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Solid Pneumatic Tired Forklift, S/N 12601, manufactured new in 2008.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a 4Y Toyota OHC Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is two (2) stage, measuring 84" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 131".  The class II forks are 5" wide X 42" long and will spread to a width of 29" inside to inside of the forks.  This is a great forklift.  The tires are all New Solid Pneumatic Type!!  The width of this unit is 45" and the overall length is 100" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 84" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 8,500#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a major building supply company) has their forklifts maintained by their local Toyota Dealer.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Toyota OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 12933 total hours.
