We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  "Just Reconditioned", and Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Yale Model GLC070VXNGSEO85, 7000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 2006.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Mazda Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG Motor (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 84" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 181".  The class III forks are 5" wide X 48" long and will spread to a width of 26" inside to inside of the forks.  The tires are good to excellent at 70% on the drive and 60% on the stear.  The width of this unit is 46" and the overall length is 93" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 84" from the floor to the top of the mast and overhead guard.  It weighs approx. 11,110#.  This forklift came out of service about a week ago.  The company it came from (a major distribution company) has their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they have as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 7597 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has Headlamps, Taillamps, Tilt Wheel, and Operation Strobe.
