Good used condition, recently gone over, brand new brakes, master cylinder, parking brake cables. New propane cylinder (2018), lift was just freshly greased and is ready to work! Tires are SOLID type and in excellent condition with no issues (can't leak as they aren't pneumatic anymore). Seat is brand new with seatbelt, seat sensor is not hooked up (nor are any safety items for that matter).

As to be expected with an older piece of equipment there are some minor hydraulic leaks, nothing that accumulates to a puddle underneath.... just minor leaks. If you are looking for a 100% turn key forklift with all safeties and every single thing working perfectly... I'd suggest tripling your budget to start looking at new(er) equipment. For what this lift is and what it can do... it's a bargain at my asking price.

The motor and trans run perfectly, no smoke, no leaks, no funny noises or tricks to make it start or stop, brakes and E-Brake work as they should (all new and freshly adjusted.

I'm the second owner, first owner was a precast concrete company who purchased the lift brand new. We disassembled the lift to blast prime and paint, painted with the CORRECT factory Yale paint in both Gold and Parchment colors.

Delivery can be arranged for a fee, (diesel is expensive if you hadn't heard). This lift can be delivered anywhere within 100 miles of my location (21901) for a fee of $5.50 a loaded mile.
