We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  As Arrived and Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Yale Model GC-040, 4000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift.  This unit is in very good operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Continental Four (4) Cylinder L-Head LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 192" with 50" of free lift.  The class II forks are 5" wide X 37" long and will spread to a width of 29" inside to inside of the forks.  This forklift operates quite well.  The tires are good at 70% treaded type in the front and non-marking type in the rear at 60%.  The width of this unit is 42" and the overall length is 82" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 7,700#.  This forklift came out of service about a week ago.  The company it came from (a small Tool and Mold company) had it maintained by there local Yale Dealer.  Anything found to be wrong was repaired immediately with Genuine Yale OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 3230 total hours, but we doubt that is accurate due to the age of the forklift.

Note:  Our LPG tanks are leased.  If you buy one of our forklifts, we have full 33# aluminum tanks available on our classifieds board store.  For these, we will accept offers of $150.00, but only to the buyers of our forklifts.  Beware:  Most trucking companies will not haul a forklift with a full LPG tank due to HazMat regulations.
