We are selling this:  Perkins Diesel Powered!!!  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!!  Low Hour, Completely Checked Out Mechanically AND IN "EXCELLENT OPERATING CONDITION"!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Yale Model GDP110MJNPE099, 11000# Capacity, Diesel Powered, Solid Pneumatic Tired Forklift w/ Side Shift, S/N E813V03123C, manufactured new in 2005.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong PERKINS (4) CYLINDER OHV DIESEL MOTOR (a great engine) and a strong two speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 99" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 192".  The class IV forks are 8" wide X 46" long lumber forks (we have conventional 6" wide forks if the buyer prefers) and will spread to a width of 54" inside to inside of the forks.  It is equipped with SIDE SHIFT.  This forklift operates absolutely fine.  The solid pneumatic tires are very good at 75% on the drive and good at 60% on the rear.  The width of this unit is 72" and the overall length is 133" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 99" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approximately 16,600#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (A Small, Lumber Sales Company) lease their forklifts from a major forklift dealer so they've had excellent maintenance since new.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Yale OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 8658 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has (2) Headlights, Bright Tail Light, In Operation Light, Back Up Warning Buzzer, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
