Yale GLC100 forklift

For sale is a Yale GLC100 forklift, likely built in the late 1960s, or early 1970s. Triple stage mast, yet low clearance, and manly forks are 2 1/4" thick x 56 1/4" long (topside). It is powered by a Chrysler 225 (3.7 litre) slant-6, converted to propane fuel

I bought this forklift in 2009, as a non-op, for a project that involved dismantling heavy machinery. With the job completed, I don't have a use for the forklift now.

She does not idle well until fully warmed; I have long suspected this is because I'm not expert with the propane evaporator and associated equipment, and not a fundamental deficiency with the machine.

I estimate that the forklift weighs between 8 and 9 tons.

I have a loading dock. I will consider trades. If you want to trade on forklifts then I could use a heavier duty outdoor model. I have a Clark for outdoor use, but the lift capacity is only 5,000 lbs.

Postage

We aim to post within 2 business days. Heavy items, sent as freight, may take longer. No postage upon windshields, bumper covers. Please collect from the workshop in Kendallville.
