We Are Selling This:  Beautiful LPG Powered!!!  "Excellent Operating", "Heavy Duty", Cushion Tired!!!  Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this "Beautiful and Fine Operating", Yale Model GLC120SVXNGSE092, 12000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Cushion Tired Forklift, S/N E818V03708J, New in 2011.  This unit has a fine GM Vortec V6, 6 Cylinder LPG Engine and is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by the GM Vortec Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 92" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 165".  The class IV forks are 8" wide X 52" long and will spread to a width of 28" inside to inside of the forks.  This is a great operating  forklift.  The tires are 90% Cushion Type all around.  The width of this unit is 54" and the overall length is 111" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 92" from the floor to the top of the Mast.  It weighs approx. 17,850.00#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a large steel supply warehouse) has their forklifts maintained by their local Yale/Hyster Dealer.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Yale OEM parts.  The hour meter reads only 13168 hours.
