We Are Selling This 2008 Model:  LPG Powered!!!  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!!  Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this "Fine Operating", Yale Model GLP040, 4000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Pneumatic Tired Forklift, S/N C810V03438F, manufactured new in 2008.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a Mazda OHC (4) Cylinder LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is two (2) stage, measuring 62" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 82".  Freelift is 28".  The class II forks are 4" wide X 36" long and will spread to a width of 28" inside to inside of the forks. This is a great forklift.  The tires are solid pneumatic type in front at 80% and solid pneumatic type in the rear at 80%!!  The width of this unit is 42" and the overall length is 82" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 85" from the floor to the top of the ROPS Canopy.  It weighs approx. 7,400#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a small recycle company) has their forklifts maintained by a local equipment maintenance company.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Yale OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 10661 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.
