We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!!  Low Hour, "JUST RECONDITIONED" and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Yale Model GLP120MJNGBE095, 12000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Solid Pneumatic Tired Forklift w/ Side Shift, S/N C813V03365A, manufactured new in 2003.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong and Just Rebuilt V-6, Six (6) Cylinder OHV GM Vortec LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong two speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 95" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 185".  The class IV forks are NEW 6" wide X 60" long and will spread to a width of 48" inside to inside of the forks.  It is equipped with SIDE SHIFT.  This forklift operates absolutely fine.  The solid pneumatic tires are very good at 75% on the drive and good at 60% on the rear.  The width of this unit is 74" and the overall length is 128" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 97" from the floor to the top of the overhead guard.  It weighs 17,760#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (A Small, Large Metal Pipe Sales Company) lease their forklifts from a major forklift dealer so they've had excellent maintenance since new.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Yale OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 7806 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has (2) Headlights, Tail Lamps w/ Brake and Back Up Lights In Operation Light, Back Up Warning Buzzer, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
