Shipping: This item is being sold FOB Syracuse New York. All shipping, including returns, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All freight quoted is to a commercial delivery address. We can ship to residential addresses but must be notified beforehand to get the proper rate. All heavy equipment ships on dock-high flatbed or van style tractor trailers and you need the ability to unload. If no dock or forklift is available for unloading, we recommend using a local towing service with their rollback truck to assist in safe, fast, unloading. Small palletized items and equipment can ship via common carrier. You are not obligated to use our freight quote/carrier and can certainly set up your own shipping with your local carrier. If you choose to use our freight it will be added to our invoice and paid directly to us at time of payment for the equipment. We have great shipping rates nationwide. If you choose to use our freight you are dealing directly with the carrier to schedule delivery and unloading. We have no control over third party trucking schedules; delivery times, delays, etc. so please keep this in mind when using our discounted freight rates.

All specs and information stated in our advertisements are to the best of our knowledge; some specs may be estimates, so we recommend that you contact the manufacturer to confirm all equipment specs. Hours stated are the hours that are currently showing on the hour meter. We cannot guarantee machine hours since it is secondhand equipment. We are not responsible for errors and omissions.
Pick-Up: You are welcome to pick up your equipment during regular business hours and on weekends by appointment. We will load your truck or trailer at no additional charge. The buyer is responsible for securing your load properly for transport. It is the buyer’s responsibility to come with the appropriate equipment to haul the equipment purchased
Storage: All items purchased must be paid for within 3-5 business days of winning the auction. We can hold equipment for a short term while freight and local pickup arrangements are made. After 30 days from date of winning bid, storage fees will apply. We have a high volume warehouse and may choose to store your equipment outside. We will not be held responsible for any damage or mechanical issues related to storing your equipment. After 60 days your equipment will be considered abandoned. We will sell it to cover our expenses and storage fees and all funds will be retained to cover said fees.
Returns: All items sold are sold in as is, where is condition, as shown without warranty expressed or implied. Equipment is used with average wear and described the best to our ability. Once an item has shipped or been picked up it is non-returnable.
